I believe in this work because my body showed me what should have been impossible.

Nine cars totaled. Look, I'm not proud of it, but in my defense, some of them really had it coming. There was the 60-foot fall from a tree in India. The kind of fall where you're supposed to shatter your spine and spend the rest of your life explaining to people what "L4-L5 fusion" means. Two days later I was walking. Not limping. Walking. Like nothing happened.

Then there was the Colorado Rockies incident. Drove off a mountain. Metal twisted, airbags deployed, the kind of crash where the tow truck driver shows up, looks at the wreckage, looks at you standing there, and says "You good?" And you're like "Yeah, I'm good." And he's like "No, but are you GOOD?" And you're still like "Yeah, man, I'm good."

The doctors couldn't explain it. My insurance company definitely couldn't explain it. But I knew: my body had reorganized around every impact, every injury, every moment of activation. It learned to redistribute force. To protect what mattered. To compensate brilliantly.

And that's when I understood: we're not fragile. We're adaptive. Brilliantly, frustratingly, exhaustingly adaptive.

But here's the thing. Adaptation has a cost. Eventually, the compensations start stealing your range, your breath, your ease. Eventually, you're tight in places you can't name. Restricted in ways you can't explain. Living in a body that feels like it's working against you.

This work gave me back the body that was mine before the compensations took over. Not the body I had at 20. The body I was always supposed to have. The one that moves fluidly. Breathes fully. Exists without constant management.

The Journey Home

This isn't linear. Some sessions you'll feel lighter than air. Some sessions old grief will surface. Some sessions you'll feel clumsy, awkward, like you're learning to walk again. All of it is right. All of it is part of remembering.

Phase One
I

Opening: The First Breath

We begin at the surface. Not because it's superficial, but because your body needs to know it's safe to let go before we go deeper.

Session 1 — Breath
Opening your ribcage. Making space for your lungs to actually fill. You might cry. You might laugh. Both mean the same thing: you're finally breathing.
Session 2 — Ground
Rebuilding your foundation. Feet, ankles, connection to earth. When you leave, the ground will feel different under you, because you're finally standing on it.
Session 3 — Line
Finding your center. You'll feel taller. Not because we stretched you, but because we removed what was pulling you down.
What You'll Notice

Space. Lightness. Your chest opens when you walk. Your feet land differently. You catch yourself standing taller without trying. This is what happens when your body remembers it doesn't have to fight gravity.

Phase Two
II

Core: The Deep Undoing

Now we go to the places you didn't know were locked. The psoas that holds your fight-or-flight. The pelvic floor that holds everything you've been gripping. This is where the real transformation happens.

Session 4 — Lift
Inner legs. Pelvic floor. You'll feel power you forgot you had, strength that doesn't come from forcing, but from support.
Session 5 — Space
Deep abdomen. Your psoas. The front of your spine. This is where old emotions live. When we open this, you might feel everything. Let it move through.
Session 6 — Support
Your entire back body. The muscles that have been holding you upright for decades. When they finally let go, you'll feel what it's like to be supported by your body instead of fighting it.
Session 7 — Clarity
Head, neck, jaw. We work inside your mouth. It's intimate. It's vulnerable. And when we're done, your head will float on your spine like it was always meant to.
What You'll Notice

You breathe from your belly now, not your chest. Your jaw unclenches while you sleep. You feel powerful in your legs. Stable. Grounded. Like your body finally has a foundation to build on.

Phase Three
III

Integration: Becoming Whole

The final three sessions aren't about opening new territory. They're about teaching your body how to move as one coordinated, fluid, alive system.

Sessions 8 to 10 — Wholeness
We refine. We integrate. We make sure every part of you is talking to every other part. Upper body meets lower body. Left side meets right side. Everything works together, finally, as one.
What You'll Notice

You move without thinking about it. Your body just works, fluidly, easily. You're not managing your posture. You're not forcing your breath. You're just alive. Fully. In the body that was always yours.

What Becomes Possible

  • After each session: a 15 to 20 minute walk. Not exercise. Just witnessing. Feeling your body learn.

  • Rest, water, and permission to feel everything that surfaces. Old patterns don't release quietly.
  • Presence. You don't have to do anything except show up and be willing to feel.
